FY-99, FY-00, AND FY-01.  HIS COMMITMENT TO HIGH QUALITY MAINTENANCE
CULMINATED IN THE SAFE TEST AND REPAIR OF OVER 4000 WRA’S.  HIS TIRELESS
EFFORTS WERE EVIDENT THROUGH TWO CONSECUTIVE WESTPAC DEPLOYMENTS
